Working Principle Of Automatic Chain Link Fence Machine
Leave a message
The fully automatic chain link fence machine weaves metal wire into a diamond-shaped mesh using a hook-and-loop process. Its basic process includes wire feeding, weaving, edge locking, cutting, and winding. The equipment is driven by a servo motor and equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and a touchscreen human-machine interface to achieve automated operation, such as automatic length counting, tension adjustment, wire breakage alarm, and fault diagnosis.
Common faults and troubleshooting methods include: If the servo motor is not working, check if the circuit is broken or the contactor is burnt out; if the cutting machine is not working, check if the circuit is damaged, if the motor is overloaded, and if the proximity switch is functioning correctly; if the woven mesh is uneven, check if the wire is uniform, if the mesh is smooth, if the front and rear threads are straight, and if the clutch spring is loose; if the edge locking effect is poor, check if the dimensions on both sides of the mesh are consistent, adjust the mold, and check if the handle is in place.
