Equipment structure of barbed wire machine

The barbed wire machine mainly consists of four core modules: a feeder, a punch press, a take-up machine (layered winding device), and a wire wrapping machine. Some models also include auxiliary systems.
Feeder: The feeder includes a feed support and a rotating wheel rotatably connected to it, used to continuously and stably feed sheet metal to the punch press.
Punch Press: The punch press is the core processing unit, including a base, punch, and die. Its function is to use a stamping process to turn the sheet metal input from the feeder into strip-shaped metal blades with symmetrical sides and multiple dovetail grooves evenly arranged along the length. An opening and inclined slide rail are often provided on one side of the base for automatic waste removal.
Take-up Machine (Layered Winding Device): The take-up machine, also known as a layered winding device, is located between the punch press and the wire wrapping machine. It includes a layering frame corresponding to the punch press, a winding reel, and a first winding drive mechanism that drives the winding reel to rotate. The layering frame is typically divided into symmetrically arranged upper and lower layers. It separates and guides adjacent strips of metal after punching. Several tensioning and guide shafts are arrayed on it to ensure the material is orderly wound into the corresponding grooves on the take-up reel.
The wire wrapping machine includes a wrapping support, large and small rollers that abut each other, and a drive mechanism. Its function is to wrap and press the steel wire (as the core thread) with the strips of metal blades from the take-up machine, ultimately forming a complete barbed wire.
Some barbed wire machines are also equipped with auxiliary systems, such as a tensioning and traveling device located on the side of the punch press near the layering and take-up device to adjust material tension; and an automatic waste cleaning ramp inside the machine base.
Main Technical Parameters: The main technical parameters of the equipment vary depending on the model and manufacturer, but common ranges include: external dimensions (length, width, height) approximately 1-1.2 meters × 0.75-1 meter × 1.2-1.9 meters; rated voltage 380 volts; total power approximately 3-4 kilowatts; production speed approximately 200-280 meters/hour or 80 kilograms/hour; equipment weight approximately 1000-3200 kilograms; punch press tonnage available in 25-ton, 40-ton, and 63-ton specifications; punching and shearing cycles up to 60-70 times/minute.
