Expanded metal mesh (EMB) machines are mainly classified into the following types:
PJ Series Flattening Machines: These are machines specifically designed for use with expanded metal mesh punching and shearing machines. They are used to flatten expanded metal mesh, giving it advantages such as a beautiful appearance, smooth surface, and high added value. The PJ series flattening machines include models ZPJ-05, ZPJ-10, and ZPJ-125, suitable for flattening expanded metal mesh of different thicknesses, with thicknesses ≤2.5mm and widths ≤0.5m, ≤1m, and ≤1.25m respectively.
HYCJ Series Expanded Metal Mesh Machines: These include models HYCJ-I, HYCJ-II, HYCJ-III, HYCJ-IV, and HYCJ-V. These models are available in pressure ratings of 6.3T, 16T, 25T, and 40T, suitable for punching and shearing expanded metal mesh of different thicknesses and widths. For example, the HYCJ-I type expanded metal mesh machine has a pressure of 6.3T and can be used to punch and shear cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness ≤1mm and a maximum width of 600mm. The HYCJ-IV type expanded metal mesh machine has a pressure of 40T and can punch and shear steel plates with a thickness ≤2.5mm and a maximum width of 1500mm.
Other types: In addition to the types mentioned above, there are other expanded metal mesh machines, such as welding machines. Various models of heavy, medium, and small expanded metal mesh punching and shearing machines and their auxiliary equipment are available, such as cutting racks, flattening machines, leveling machines, and expanded metal mesh slitting lines, along with matching molds. These machines are widely used in construction, daily hardware, doors and windows, machine protection, and electronic industrial products to punch and shear various specifications of aesthetically pleasing and durable expanded metal mesh.
