Introduction To Wire Reeling Machines

The winding machine shaft is a through shaft, with bearings and bearing seats installed on its left and right sides. The right side plate of the winding reel is fixed to the through shaft. The right side plate is circular with through holes on its periphery. A winding reel connecting rod is inserted into these through holes. The winding reel pull rod passes through the through holes in the right side plate and is movably connected via a pin. A corresponding left-side frame support rod for the winding reel is located on the left side of the pull rod. The winding reel pull rod and the left-side frame support rod are hinged together. The lower end of the frame support rod is hinged and fixed to the outside of an adjusting nut. The inner thread of the adjusting nut is screwed into a lead screw to adjust the winding reel.

 

Composition: The wire winding machine comprises a motor, a pulley drive, a winding reel, bearings, bearing housings, bearing housing brackets, an automotive friction plate speed control device, a winding machine shaft, and a base. It features a simple structure and low investment.

 

Principle: The winding machine shaft is a through shaft. A bearing and bearing housing are mounted on the right side of the through shaft. The bearing housing is fixed to the bracket, which is in turn fixed to the base. A driven pulley is mounted on the left side of the bearing housing and fixed to a sleeve on the through shaft. The inner side of the sleeve is fixed to the through shaft via a bearing. An automotive friction plate is fixed to the top of the sleeve, and another friction plate on the left side of the sleeve is fixed to the through shaft. A bearing housing is mounted on the left side of the automotive friction plate assembly and fixed to the bracket, which is in turn fixed to the base. A wire reel is fixed on the left side of the bearing shaft. The right side plate of the reel is fixed on the shaft. The right side plate is circular and has a through hole on its periphery. A reel pull rod is inserted into the through hole. The reel pull rod passes through the through hole of the right side plate and is movably connected by a pin. A left side frame support rod of the reel is provided on the left side of the reel pull rod. The reel pull rod and the left side frame support rod of the reel are hinged together. The lower end of the reel frame support rod is fixed to the outside of the adjusting nut by a hinge. The inner thread of the adjusting nut is screwed into a lead screw. The outer end of the lead screw has an adjusting square head. The lead screw is inserted into a lead screw sleeve. The other end of the lead screw sleeve is fixed on the shaft. The inserted end of the lead screw has a groove. A pin is inserted through the through hole in the wall of the lead screw sleeve and fixed in the groove of the lead screw.
