Structural features of steel mesh punching machine

The main components of a steel plate mesh machine are a frame, transmission system, crankshaft connecting rod, cutter holder, feeding mechanism, material handling mechanism, and power distribution device.

High-speed steel plate mesh machines consist of a base, left and right side wall panels, a top plate, a drive motor, V-belts and synchronous belts and wheel transmission mechanism, clutch device and gearbox, eccentric pressure rollers and cutting blocks, upper cutter holder (slide) and upper and lower punches, feeding and material handling mechanisms, lubrication mechanism, pneumatic mechanism, and electrical control system. The frame wall panels are machined steel plates, the top is a casting, and the base is a welded assembly machined after aging, making the main frame structure more robust and compact.

The feeding mechanism is directly linked to the main machine via a chain, ensuring accurate and reliable operation. Modern models can be equipped with CNC servo motors for feeding, supplying sheet metal to the punch press according to a specific rhythm and length.

Some improved models or patented designs include feed rollers, U-shaped frames, rotating rollers, and dust-blocking mechanisms to support the steel plates during feeding and prevent wear.
